わんぽっけの利用条件

わんぽっけは、犬との散歩、ケア予定、記録の管理を補助するためのモバイルアプリです。ユーザーは、本規約およびアプリ内で表示される注意事項に同意したうえで本アプリを利用します。

ユーザーは、自身の責任でアカウント、端末、通信環境、位置情報や通知などのOS設定を管理してください。

禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 第三者になりすます行為、不正アクセス、過度な負荷をかける行為
• 他者の権利、プライバシー、名誉を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの解析、改変、再配布、商用利用など、当方が認めていない行為

記録・通知・健康情報について

位置情報、歩数、距離、地図、天気、通知などは、端末、通信状態、OS設定、外部サービスの状態により、正確に記録・表示されない場合があります。

本アプリは、散歩やケアの記録・管理を補助するものです。獣医師による診断、治療、投薬判断、緊急対応を代替するものではありません。

通知が必ず届くこと、または予定どおりに表示されることは保証しません。重要な予定や緊急対応は、ユーザー自身で別途確認してください。

外部サービス・SDK・OS変更

本アプリは、iOS、App Store、StoreKit、Firebase、Mapbox、Google Places、Apple Weather / WeatherKit、Expo、React Native、その他SDK・ライブラリ・外部APIに依存しています。これらの仕様変更、料金変更、障害、提供終了、ライセンス変更、法令対応、セキュリティ対応により、本アプリの機能、対応OS、提供方法、有料機能の内容が変更または停止される場合があります。

有料機能・サブスクリプション

サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。解約はApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理から行えます。アプリを削除しても解約されません。返金はAppleの返金手続きに従います。

有料機能の内容、価格、提供条件は、アプリ内の購入画面またはApp Storeの商品ページに表示される内容に従います。

アカウント削除・サービス変更

ユーザーは、アプリ内またはサポート窓口を通じてアカウント削除を依頼できます。削除後は一部のデータを復元できません。

当方は、必要に応じて本アプリの内容、仕様、提供方法、対応OS、有料機能の内容を変更、停止、終了する場合があります。

適用される消費者保護法

本規約のいかなる定めも、適用される消費者保護法により排除または制限できないユーザーの権利や救済手段を排除または制限するものではありません。ニュージーランドのユーザーには、適用される場合、Consumer Guarantees Act 1993およびFair Trading Act 1986に基づく権利が含まれます。

損害賠償責任の上限

当方がユーザーに対して損害賠償責任を負う場合、その上限額は、法令で認められる限り、当該損害の発生時点から過去12か月間にユーザーが本サービスに関して実際に支払った利用料金の総額とします。

Conditions for Using Wanpokke

Wanpokke is a mobile app that assists with walks with dogs, care schedules, and record management. Users use this app after agreeing to these Terms and the notices displayed in the app.

Users are responsible for managing their own accounts, devices, communication environment, and OS settings such as location information and notifications.

Prohibited Acts

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Impersonating a third party, unauthorized access, or placing an excessive load on the service
• Acts that infringe the rights, privacy, or reputation of others
• Analyzing, modifying, redistributing, commercially using, or otherwise using this app in a manner not permitted by us

Records, Notifications, and Health Information

Location information, steps, distance, maps, weather, notifications, and similar information may not be recorded or displayed accurately depending on the device, communication status, OS settings, and external service conditions.

This app assists with recording and managing walks and care. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or emergency response by a veterinarian.

We do not guarantee that notifications will always arrive or be displayed as scheduled. Users should separately confirm important schedules and emergency responses themselves.

External Services, SDKs, and OS Changes

This app depends on iOS, the App Store, StoreKit, Firebase, Mapbox, Google Places, Apple Weather / WeatherKit, Expo, React Native, and other SDKs, libraries, and external APIs. The app’s features, supported OS versions, provision methods, and paid feature contents may be changed or suspended due to specification changes, fee changes, outages, termination of provision, license changes, legal compliance, or security measures affecting these services.

Paid Features and Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds follow Apple’s refund process.

The contents, prices, and conditions of provision for paid features follow the information displayed on the in-app purchase screen or the App Store product page.

Account Deletion and Service Changes

Users may request account deletion from within the app or through the support contact. After deletion, some data cannot be restored.

We may change, suspend, or terminate the contents, specifications, provision methods, supported OS versions, and paid feature contents of this app as necessary.

Applicable Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law. For users in New Zealand, this includes rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

Limitation on Liability for Damages

If we are liable to a user for damages, the maximum amount of liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be the total amount of fees actually paid by the user in relation to this service during the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage.
