わんぽっけ プレミアムの概要

わんぽっけ プレミアムは、日々の散歩やケア記録をより長く、便利に振り返るための自動更新サブスクリプションです。

プラン

価格、提供条件、有料機能の内容は、アプリ内の購入画面またはApp Storeの商品ページに表示される内容に従います。

• 月額プランは1か月ごとに自動更新されます。
• 年額プランは1年ごとに自動更新されます。

• 散歩記録を長く確認
• 長期間のふりかえり
• ケア予定通知
• 体重グラフ・証明書保存

解約方法

解約は App Store のサブスクリプション管理から行います。アプリを削除するだけではサブスクリプションは解約されません。

購入の復元

機種変更や再インストール後は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から購入状態を確認できます。復元には、購入時と同じ Apple ID が必要です。

返金

返金は Apple の返金手続きに従います。返金申請は reportaproblem.apple.com から行えます。

サービス変更の可能性

外部サービス、OS、SDK、ライブラリの変更・終了等により、有料機能の内容、提供方法、対応OSが変更される場合があります。

Wanpokke Premium is an auto-renewing subscription for reviewing daily walks and care records for a longer period and more conveniently.

Plans

Prices, conditions of provision, and paid feature contents follow the information displayed on the in-app purchase screen or the App Store product page.

How to Cancel

Cancel from App Store subscription settings. Simply deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Restoring Purchases

After changing devices or reinstalling the app, you can confirm your purchase status from “Restore Purchases” in the app. Restoration requires the same Apple ID used at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds follow Apple’s refund process. Refund requests can be made from reportaproblem.apple.com.

Possibility of Service Changes

The contents of paid features, provision methods, and supported OS versions may change due to changes to or termination of external services, OS versions, SDKs, or libraries.
