個人情報を取り扱う事業者

取得する情報

わんぽっけでは、メールアドレス、表示名、認証プロバイダ情報、犬の情報、散歩記録、位置情報、写真、体重、ワクチン証明書、ケア予定などの記録、クラッシュログ、利用状況データ、匿名派生データを取得する場合があります。

位置情報は、散歩ルート記録、距離、時間、地図表示、天気・周辺情報の表示などに利用します。

AppleまたはGoogleでログインする場合、当方は各認証サービスから、認証に必要な識別子、メールアドレス、氏名または表示名、認証情報を取得します。App Storeで購入または復元する場合、Appleから商品、取引識別子、サブスクリプション状態、ストアフロント情報を取得します。これらは、ユーザー本人以外の提供元から取得する情報です。

提供が必要な情報と任意の情報

アカウント認証に必要な識別子と連絡先を提供しない場合、ログインやクラウド同期を利用できません。位置情報を許可しない場合、散歩ルート、距離、地図、天気・周辺情報など位置情報を使う機能を利用できない場合があります。

犬の写真、証明書画像、ケア記録などは任意です。取引情報はプレミアム機能の購入確認と提供に必要ですが、無料機能の利用には必要ありません。

第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合、ユーザーの同意がある場合、または本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で業務委託先・外部サービスを利用する場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

個人を識別できないように加工した統計情報は、サービス改善、散歩環境の分析、事業者向けの傾向分析のために利用または提供する場合があります。この場合、メールアドレス、ユーザーID、犬の名前、写真、メモ、正確な散歩ルート、正確な緯度経度など、個人や生活圏を特定できる情報は含めません。

外部サービス利用

本アプリは、認証、データ保存、品質改善、地図表示、施設検索、天気表示、課金管理のため、Firebase、Sign in with Apple、Google Sign-In、Google Places、Mapbox、Apple Weather / WeatherKit、App Store / StoreKit などの外部サービスを利用します。天気取得では、位置情報をFirebase Functionsへ送信し、丸めた位置情報とリクエスト情報をApple Weatherへ中継します。

国外での処理・提供

外部サービスの提供事業者やその委託先が、日本またはユーザーの居住国以外で情報を処理する場合があります。当方は、適用法令に応じて、当方の指示のみに従う委託先・代理人としての取扱い、契約上の保護、同等の保護制度その他の適切な保護措置を確認します。

保存期間

取得した情報は、利用目的の達成、サービス提供、法令対応、不正利用防止、問い合わせ対応に必要な期間保存します。不要となった情報は、合理的な範囲で削除または匿名化します。

ユーザーの権利・アカウント削除

ユーザーは、法令に基づき、自己の情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止などを請求できます。

アカウント削除を行うと、散歩記録、犬の情報、写真、ケア予定などのデータを復元できない場合があります。

自動化された意思決定

当方は、ユーザーに法的効果またはこれに類する重大な影響を与える、個人情報のみに基づく自動化された意思決定を行いません。

ニュージーランドのユーザー

ニュージーランドのユーザーは、Privacy Act 2020に基づき、当方が保有する自己の個人情報へのアクセスおよび訂正を請求できます。請求や問い合わせは、KAGURA STUDIO Privacy Officer（support@kagurastudio.jp）へご連絡ください。

当方の対応に懸念がある場合は、ニュージーランドOffice of the Privacy Commissioner（privacy.org.nz）へ申し立てることができます。

Agency Handling Personal Information

Information Collected

Wanpokke may collect email addresses, display names, authentication provider information, dog information, walk records, location information, photos, weight, vaccination certificates, care schedules and similar records, crash logs, usage data, and anonymous derived data.

Location information is used for walking route records, distance, time, map display, and displaying weather and nearby information.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive from the authentication provider the identifier, email address, name or display name, and authentication information needed for sign-in. If you purchase or restore through the App Store, we receive from Apple the product, transaction identifier, subscription status, and storefront information. This information is collected from a source other than you.

Required and Optional Information

If you do not provide the identifier and contact information required for account authentication, you cannot use sign-in or cloud synchronization. If you do not allow location access, features that use location, including route, distance, map, weather, and nearby information, may be unavailable.

Dog photos, certificate images, and care records are optional. Transaction information is required to verify purchases and provide Premium features, but it is not required to use free features.

Purposes of Use

• Account authentication, identity verification, and security
• Providing walk records, map display, history display, care schedules, notifications, and Premium features
• Issue investigation, quality improvement, and understanding usage
• Responding to inquiries, important notices, and guidance about changes to terms or specifications

Third-Party Provision

We do not provide users’ personal information to third parties except when required by law, when we have the user’s consent, or when using contractors or external services to the extent necessary to provide this app.

Statistical information processed so that individuals cannot be identified may be used or provided for service improvement, analysis of walking environments, and trend analysis for businesses. In such cases, the information does not include email addresses, user IDs, dog names, photos, notes, exact walking routes, exact latitude and longitude, or other information that can identify individuals or living areas.

Use of External Services

This app uses external services such as Firebase, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Google Places, Mapbox, Apple Weather / WeatherKit, and App Store / StoreKit for authentication, data storage, quality improvement, map display, facility search, weather display, and billing management. For weather retrieval, location information is sent to Firebase Functions, which relays rounded location information and request information to Apple Weather.

Processing and Disclosure Outside Your Country

External service providers and their subcontractors may process information outside Japan or the user’s country of residence. As required by applicable law, we review whether the provider acts as a contractor or agent that uses information only on our instructions and whether contractual safeguards, comparable protections, or other appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention Period

Collected information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, provide the service, comply with laws, prevent unauthorized use, and respond to inquiries. Information that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymized to a reasonable extent.

User Rights and Account Deletion

Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, and similar actions for their own information in accordance with applicable laws.

When an account is deleted, walk records, dog information, photos, care schedules, and similar data may not be restorable.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of personal information that produce legal or similarly significant effects for users.

Users in New Zealand

Users in New Zealand may request access to and correction of personal information we hold about them under the Privacy Act 2020. Send requests or inquiries to the KAGURA STUDIO Privacy Officer at support@kagurastudio.jp.
